Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although not the largest, were beautiful and fairly modern. The service was up to par with what I've come to expect from Hilton, but the valet staff was not the most friendly. The location, while awesome and not crowded, had some noise disruptions like booming sounds and crashing noises. The dining experience felt like a self-serve continental breakfast due to refurbishment, which was a bit disappointing being wedged into a small room on the 2nd floor.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the classic view from the room was nice, the absence of a microwave or fridge was a letdown. The service was mostly fantastic, but there was an incident at the breakfast store where I felt rudely responded to. The location was convenient for the event I was attending, but being in a business area classified as downtown wasn't ideal for leisure visitors. The dining experience was just normal and a bit pricey for what I expected. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel has well-designed guest rooms and common areas, but lacks coffee pots and any complementary coffee or tea. Although the service was amazing with helpful staff, there were some inconveniences like moving personal belongings before check-out. The location was perfectly centered in downtown Houston, ideal for events, with some lighting issues in the rooms. The dining experience was not complimentary and considered overpriced and out of date. Overall, a mixed experience with notable positives and negatives.
